Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

At our store, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review the following guidelines before placing an order.

  1. Order Cancellation & Modifications
    Orders can be canceled prior to shipment.

  • Cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Once processing, packaging, or shipment has started, cancellations cannot be accepted.

  • A processing fee of 6.9% + $1 will be deducted to cover administrative and payment costs.

  1. Return Policy
    We accept returns within 30 days of purchase or 14 days after delivery, whichever is later. Conditions include:

  • Items must remain unused, in original condition, and include all packaging and accessories.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  1. Refund Policy
    Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Items are damaged, defective, incorrect, or fail to arrive within the guaranteed delivery time.

  • Documentation (photos/video of the item, order number, and customer name) is required.

  • Buyer’s remorse refunds are allowed, but return shipping fees apply.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  1. Exchange Policy

  • Items undelivered due to carrier error will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer will make the replacement costs the customer’s responsibility.

  1. Exceptions & Limitations
    Returns and refunds are not available for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect customer information or missed delivery attempts.

  • Items in transit that cannot be intercepted.

  • Pre-order or custom products, unless defective.

  • Unauthorized returns or packages lost/stolen after delivery.

  • Returns delayed by customs, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

  1. Undeliverable Packages

  • We will contact customers using the provided email if delivery fails.

  • If no response is received and the package is returned or destroyed, we are not liable for the loss.

  1. International Shipping Advisory

  • International orders may incur customs duties or import fees.

  • Returns or cancellations due to shipping costs or customs charges are generally not accepted.
